Townsville Movies that Matter – on Magnetic Island! Due to overwhelming demand, 'Townsville Movies That Matter' will be moving to Magnetic Island for one night only on Thursday 29 November in order to screen Sea Shepherd’s documentary ‘SHARK CULL’.

Based on the controversial cull that took place in WA in 2014, but unfortunately still highly relevant in our local waters, this explosive documentary is a must see for anyone interested in the protection of sharks and marine conservation.

The 47-minute documentary will be introduced by Sea Shepherd volunteer, Whitsunday dive operator and environmentalist, Tony Fontes.
