The Magnetic Island Bay Dayz Festival competition was SO popular last year that we had to put it into the Festival calendar for 2013, and with 25 entries, you'll have lots of fun finding them all across the island.

Award Presentation - Sunday 6 October
As a final wrap up for the 2013 Magnetic Island Bay Dayz Festival we will be awarding the 2013 MI Bay Dayz Festival Scarecrow Trail winners their prizes at 1.45pm at the end of the Picnic Bay jetty (as part of the Rotary Beer Can Regatta). So bring a drink with you as we celebrate the winners of:
• Best Scarecrow On The Lot
• Best Group or Street Scarecrow
Plus honourable mentions in each bay.

The Festival would like to thank Brian, Leanne and the team from Foodworks Nelly Bay for their continued support of the annual Magnetic Island Scarecrow Competition.

Competition Terms and Conditions: Entries are to be lodged by emailing us the details above under Entries close Sunday 1 September 2013. The judges decision will be final. Prizes will be awarded at 1.45pm on Sunday 6 October at the Rotary Beer Can Regatta at the Picnic Bay jetty. The winner will be notified by phone or by post. The winning entry will receive a $100 food voucher from Foodworks Nelly Bay, (valid until 31 December 2013).
