Meredith Starck will be holding a two day Chakra Yoga Flow ?Workshop on Saturday 24 to Sunday 25 November. ?Chakra Yoga Flow is a synthesis of Yoga with body movement. It is a free flowing and enjoyable form of exercise suitable for all ages.
A class progresses from centering elements of the root chakra to moving into harmony with the sacral chakra then connecting into more rhythmical dance elements. The energy generated through the root and sacral chakras links one with the earth and into functioning more effectively in daily life. Chakra Yoga Flow is a modern manifestation of the ancient ideal of a sound mind in a sound body.
Sat 24 Nov:
2.30pm - 4.30pm: Chakra Yoga Flow Workshop
6.30pm - 8pm: Yoga Movies
