Base Backpackers in Nelly Bay is set for another big Full Moon Party. In the ridiculously beautiful beach side location, the event has attracted some huge music acts including Krafty Kuts, Mark Dynamix, Benny Benassi, Martin Solveig, Hed Kandi, TV Rock and Potbelleez to name a few.
