Peppers Blue on Blue Resort at Magnetic Island is giving food fans an incredible opportunity to personally savour MasterChef inspired cuisine and learn how to recreate it at home with Masterclass and Reward Lunch event on Friday July 22.

Chef Jonro Dunn has specially crafted a three-course Masterclass to help guest’s create innovative dishes that excite the palette. The Reward Lunch will focus on fresh seafood and tropical produce with an exquisite starter of oysters wakame - oysters served with smoked salmon, crème fraiche, salmon caviar and wakame.

The lunch and Masterclass will also include a main course of saffron seafood paella with chorizo, salmon, fresh whole mussels, prawns, scallops and baby octopus and summer meringue roll for dessert. Each course will also be accompanied with a tasting of perfectly matched wines.

Priced at $68 per person, Peppers Blue on Blue Resort’s ‘MasterChef Experience with Chef Jonro’ will take place at Boardwalk Restaurant and Bar from 12pm to 3pm and includes a three-course lunch with matched wines and a selection of recipes to take home.
