Join Island Burger at Base Backpackers this Saturday 22nd January as they tune in to the Triple J Hottest 100 and countdown the biggest hits of 2021. The smoker will be fired up from 12pm providing a special smokey menu including their ever popular beef brisket - and a few other bits to be revealed on the day. As always, ice cold beers will be flowing from the taps and an exciting cocktail menu will be in force featuring some creative twists using classic Aussie ingredients. Head on down for some great tunes, red-hot food, incredible views and frosty drinks. All welcome!
