!!!! Yasi Clean Up: Sat 12 & Sun 13 Feb !!!!

Do you need help to clean up after YASI OR can you volunteer to help? The island is a full participant in this weekend's community clean up being co-ordinated by Townsville Council. Whether you NEED help or are VOLUNTEERING - please try to register by Friday morning - so we know approximately how many people to expect.
Our sign on point will be at Nelly Bay terminal from 9am Sat and Sun and if you don't have transport - there will be free transfers on our buses - they will know who you are as you will be dressed for work - and carrying photo ID and tools! (Please see leaflet attached).
We need to get our Island back to a semblance of its former beauty and to assist Island business by making it attractive to visitors again. We don't want to lose local jobs or businesses.
