Every weekend you'll find live music at the local Magnetic Island pubs. The What's On calendar will have each event listed, but sometimes venue's don't always get their info to us in time, so if you want to know what's on Maggie with the local live music scene here are some idea starters:

FRIDAY
• Arcadia Village Hotel (Sometimes on Friday)
Live music at the Arcadia Village Hotel may vary between other events on Friday nights, so call the Hotel to be sure. Music starts 8pm. (Call 4778 5177)

SATURDAY
• Arcadia Village Hotel (Guaranteed!)
It's pretty much a guarantee that you'll get to see live music every Saturday evening from 8pm. Visit the daily What's On calendar to find out which band is playing or call 4778 5177.

SUNDAY
• Marlin Bar Sunday Sessions (Guaranteed!)
HSB: From 2pm - 6pm. Visit the daily What's On calendar to find out which band is playing or call 4758 1588.

• Arcadia Village Hotel (Sometimes)
Sometimes Arcadia Village Hotel has live music on Sunday afternoons, but you can always kick back and enjoy a game of Bingo or the Pool Comp. Visit the daily What's On calendar to find out which band is playing or call 4778 5177.

OTHER VENUES over the weekend.
• Base Backpackers (Occasionally, check with the venue)
Other than the Island Life Full Moon parties, XBase have some excellent live music at various times. Call 4778 5777 for dates or check the What's On calendar.

• Picnic Bay Hotel (Occasionally/infrequently, check with the venue)
The PBH occasionally has live music, and sometimes also holds a Corona Sunday Sesh with a FREE Salsa Class and Latin Party with DJ Buena Detta. 3pm - 4pm: Free Salsa Class. 4pm - 8pm: Latin Party with DJ Buena Detta (Call 4778 5166 for more information.)
