Townsville: Queensland Solar Cities Project and the Department of Employment, Economic Development and Innovation invite you to celebrate the opening of the new public artwork Eye To The Sky. Artist Graham Chalcroft’s artwork is an interactive sculpture that uses solar and energy efficient technologies.
