
Re-awaken and accelerate your natural ability to learn by taking part in floor-based classes, which use mindful physical movement to re-ignite vowed and unavowed dreams, improve congruency between thoughts, intentions and actions and restore each person to their full human dignity. After a Feldenkrais class, people often say they feel more relaxed, light, upright, graceful, aware of habitual tendencies, grounded, calm, centred, powerful, connected to their environment and/or ready for action. What will you discover?
Floor-based class: for those who can get down to and up from the floor without assistance (or by using a chair) and who can comfortably lie on the floor (on a rug/mat) on the back, side and/or tummy for an hour, and sit in a chair or on the floor for 30 minutes.
When: First Saturday of each month (5 classes total)
7th February, 7th March, 4th April, 2nd May and 6th June
Time: 2.30-3.30pm

What to bring: Wear comfortable clothes you can move easily in (e.g. shorts/trackpants and T-shirt/stretchy top; no skirts, belts, buckles or buttons). Please don't wear perfumes or colognes. Bring a large blanket or mat to lie on (at least a metre wide if possible, and with a surface (e.g. a sarong or sheet) that allows you to slide easily over it), a large towel (to be used as a roller or support) and a water bottle.
Fees: Casual class: $15/$12 concession
3-class pass: $33/$24 concession
