All residents of any age are asked to pick up a bag on Sunday 2nd March, and walk a beach to pick up litter and plastic, even the minute pieces! It's "Clean Up Australia" weekend and the beginning of National Seaweek, so let us play our part in removing plastic and rubbish from the diets of seabirds and turtles and at the same time help to make our beaches and foreshores pristine again after the recent high tides and strong winds..
