Set in picturesque Alma Bay Magnetic Island, the Arcadian Surf Life Saving Club is rich in community and family values, plus great sporting contest for young and old. From humble beginnings at Alma Bay on Magnetic Island in 1928 to one of the biggest Surf Lifesaving clubs outside the south-east corner of the state, the Arcadian Surf Lifesaving Club has come a long way, with a club room also situated on The Strand in Townsville.
